Types of passport
There are several types of passports in Webmoney Transfer system.
Alias Passport
This is the lowest level of WebMoney passports issued by default to any new WebMoney user upon registration after the assignment of a WMID.
Formal passport
The Formal passport is issued to a WebMoney Transfer user upon acceptance of his/her personal data entered at the verification center website. This data is not verified by notaries or the center’s legal department. Possessing such a passport does not authorize a user to offer any Registrar services.
Initial Passport
An Initial passport allows its holder certain advantages compared to an Alias one.
The problem ofthe initial passport is that trust in him, to some extent undermined.

Merchant passport
Merchant passport is a kind of personal passport that possesses all the benefits of the personal passport. They are automatically issued to the owner of a personal passport if he became a member of the service WebMoney. Thesecertificatesare issuedfree of charge, but a holder of the personal passport needs to sign the “Merchant agreement” in order to receive the Merchant passport.
Registrar passport
This is a passport given to the Webmoney member by the verification center of the WebMoney Transfer. The applicant or the corporate member representative must be present during the procedure in the main office ofverification center in Moscow.This type of certificates enjoys the highest confidence in the system. Registrar passport shall be issued free of charge, but with amandatory payment of security deposit of 2000 WMZ. All registrars are participates in the partner program of the verification centerof Webmoney by issuing personal Webmoney passports to eligible applicants.
Service passport, Guarantor passport, Operator passport
This is the "exclusive" certificates. The firstoutstanding service of WMT, the second - guarantor, and the third is the only operator of the system, the company CERMEX GROUP LLC.
Expiration date of WM passports
WM passports are issued for an indefinite period of time. WM passport can be revoked by the holder himself. WM passport can also be revoked if the personal information provided in the passport is false or inaccurate.
There are only 3 "real" types of WM passports despite on many of them described in this article, these are:Initial, Personal and Registrar passports.
