To get Webmoney personal passport through our service you will need to choose “Boyarkin Roman" in the list of registrars.

The issuance of personal passport is made to individuals after you made the payment of 50 WMZ, and a personal meeting with the registrar in the office.

Please note: Payment in the amount of 50 WMZ for issuance of personal passport is made on website verification center by paying incoming bills in cash payments are not accepted! All actions to get passport you can see here.



After payment of certification procedures, contact the registrar on the phone and make an appointment. On a necessarily need to have:

- A passport;
- Photocopy of passport pages (preferably on one side of the sheet to fit the main page of the passport and the page with a residence permit);
- Printed and filled in with the site certification application for a personal certificate (signature on the application must be placed in the presence of the registrar).


Certificates are issued only to individuals, citizens of Russia. The Registrar has the right to deny certification to any applicant for a personal passport WebMoney without explanation.
